NorseStorm is a small company with two employees. Although we are a small team, we are
committed to transparency, accountability, and ethical business practices.

Purpose of the Whistleblower Policy

This policy provides a channel for employees, suppliers, and partners to report serious concerns
such as illegal, unethical, or unsafe behaviour, without fear of retaliation.

What can be reported?

  • Fraud or financial misconduct

  • Breach of company policies or ethical standards

  • Workplace harassment or discrimination

  • Other serious misconduct

How to report

Reports can be sent via email to:

whistleblower@norsestorm.dk

The report will be handled confidentially and reviewed by management. We aim to respond
within 14 calendar days.

Confidentiality and Protection

All whistleblower reports are handled with discretion. The identity of the whistleblower will be
protected, and no retaliation will occur. All data will be handled in accordance with GDPR.
