NorseStorm is a small Danish company with only two employees. We are committed to ensuring ethical and fair working conditions for all internal and external stakeholders, including partners and collaborators.

Grievance Mechanism

Even though we are a small team, we have established a basic grievance procedure to ensure
that serious concerns can be raised and handled confidentially and fairly.

Who can submit a grievance?

  • Employees

  • Freelancers

  • Suppliers

  • Partners

What can be reported?

  • Unfair or unsafe working conditions

  • Discrimination or harassment

  • Ethical or legal concerns

How to submit a grievance

Complaints can be submitted via email to: grievance@norsestorm.dk

The complaint will be reviewed by the management (currently the Head of Sales) and a response will be provided within 14 calendar days.

Confidentiality

All grievance reports are handled confidentially. Personal data is processed in accordance with
GDPR.

As of the date of this document, no grievances have been submitted.
