Supplier Code of Conduct
Purpose
Although NorseStorm is a small company, we recognize the importance of responsible business
practices across our supply chain. This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the minimum
standards we expect our suppliers and business partners to uphold.
Ethical Business Practices
Suppliers must conduct business ethically and comply with all applicable anti-corruption and
anti-bribery laws. Any form of corruption, bribery, or unethical business conduct is strictly
prohibited.
Human Rights and Labor Standards
Suppliers are expected to respect internationally recognized human rights and ensure fair
working conditions, including the prohibition of child labor, forced labor, and discrimination.
Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers should work to minimize environmental impacts and comply with relevant
environmental laws and regulations.
Compliance and Communication
NorseStorm expects suppliers to communicate these standards within their own supply chains
and to notify NorseStorm of any significant breaches or concerns.
