Human Rights Policy

Introduction

NorseStorm ApS is committed to respecting and promoting internationally recognized human
rights across all aspects of our operations. This policy is based on the principles of the UN
Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights,
and the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) core conventions.

Scope and Application

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners working with or on
behalf of NorseStorm. We expect our business partners to uphold the same standards and
integrate human rights due diligence into their operations.

    local minimum age laws.

D. Safe and Healthy Working Conditions

  • We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment.

  • We implement preventive measures to reduce workplace risks and continuously
    improve occupational health and safety standards.

E. Working Hours and Fair Wages

  • We comply with applicable laws and industry standards on working hours, rest periods,
    and compensation.

  • We ensure that wages paid for a standard working week meet or exceed legal
    minimums.

Supply Chain Responsibility

We assess human rights risks in our supply chain and work with suppliers who share our values.
Suppliers are required to adhere to our Code of Conduct, which includes human rights
expectations.

Grievance Mechanisms

Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to report any concerns related to human rights
without fear of retaliation. We ensure that complaints are addressed promptly, confidentially,
and fairly.

Implementation and Review

  • This policy is reviewed annually.

  • We monitor our performance and take corrective action where necessary.
