Anti-Corruption Policy
1. Purpose
At NorseStorm, we recognize the importance of combating corruption and unethical business
conduct. This policy sets out our commitment to conducting business in a responsible,
transparent, and ethical manner, supporting our overall ESG strategy.
2. Guiding Principles
We are committed to:
Complying with all applicable anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws and regulations.
Avoiding any form of bribery, kickbacks, illicit payments, or inappropriate advantages to
or from business partners, public officials, or any third parties.Integrating anti-corruption measures into our business processes, policies, and decision-
making practices.
3. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, management, the board of directors, and business partners
and suppliers acting on behalf of NorseStorm.
4. Practical Application
Gifts and Hospitality: May only be offered or accepted if it complies with applicable laws
and the company’s internal guidelines.Interaction with Public Authorities: All contact must be conducted openly, lawfully, and
properly documented.
5. Training and Awareness
We ensure that all relevant employees receive information and training regarding anti-
corruption rules and expectations.
6. Monitoring and Review
This policy is reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure compliance with legislation
and best practices.
