Modern Day Slavery

Norsestorm Aps have a moral and legal obligation to ensure our supply chain is slavery free. We are committed to managing our business in a socially responsible way and to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business activities. It is our assessment that there is very low risk of slavery and human trafficking in our activities and supply chains. Despite that, we periodically review the effectiveness of the relevant policies and procedures that we have in place. These amongst other things:

• Through our management system we have implemented a supplier review process that includes identifying any suppliers that might pose exposure to modern slavery

• Where we identify exposure to modern slavery, we will undertake additional checks and review our corporation with the supplier if uncertainty still exist

• All our workers receive above minimum wage

• We undertake robust right to work checks on all workers

Staff are made aware of the government website. The information provided allows our staff to understand the nature of the problem and to highlight potential issues should there be a suspicion that one of our suppliers may be breaking the law.
